KANOA
The word Kanoa has a double meaning for us. On the island we grew up, the local surfspot is named Playa Kanoa. Kanoa also means "the free one" in the native Hawaiian language.
Kanoa Lodge is a place where guests can come and share their dreams, just relax and enjoy the good vibes.
ABOUT US
Kanoa Lodge is founded by David and Gootje. A young couple born in the Caribbean. We love traveling and searching for adventure, surfing, skating, kitesurfing and free diving. In other words we love the ocean. In one of our travels we found this beautiful spot, Pavones. Every year we kept coming back and enjoying the laid back vibe, the nature, the waves and the people. So we started dreaming of our own lodge. In 2019 we got married on this beautiful spot.
